Can customers approve only part of an estimate?

Yes. On the approval page every service has its own Authorize / Decline choice, and the authorized total recalculates live. You see exactly which work was approved and which was declined, per service.

Is the approval traceable?

Yes. The customer types their full legal name, draws a signature, and ticks a consent checkbox. GarageFlow records the decision with IP address, device, and timestamp, and logs it in the order activity.

Do customers need an account or an app?

No. They receive a secure tokenized link by email and approve from any device. Links expire automatically after 7 days.

How does parts pricing work?

Pricing matrices convert part cost into sell price by cost bracket, so margins stay consistent without mental math. Labour matrices and multiple labour rates work the same way for time.

Can I print or download the estimate?

Yes. Estimates are generated as PDFs server-side. Customers can download them from the approval page, and staff can regenerate or print them from the order.
