Prices on the website
Every plan is priced on the pricing page, and you can start a 14-day trial yourself. A card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Your language and theirs
The app, the customer portal and the emails come in English, German, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Estonian and Icelandic, and each customer can get their emails in their own language.
An EU company
GarageFlow is run by a company registered in Estonia, and a data processing agreement covers the customer data you keep in it.
Card payments built in
Customers pay online through your own Stripe account, and in Ireland and most of the EU you can take cards on a Stripe reader at the counter too.
VAT the way you quote
Show prices with VAT added on top or already included, and every document still adds up to its total.
QuickBooks sync
Invoices and payments sync to QuickBooks Online, so nobody types them into the books a second time.
What is garage management software?
It is the system a garage runs its jobs on: bookings, job cards, inspections, estimates, invoices and payments, with the customer and vehicle records behind them. It replaces the diary, the paper job card and the separate invoicing program with one record per job.
Is garage management software the same as workshop management software?
Yes. Garage and workshop are two names for the same business, so garage management software, workshop management software and a workshop management system all mean the same kind of product. GarageFlow is all three.
Is GarageFlow suitable for a small independent garage?
Yes, that is who it is built for. The Basic plan covers up to two users, every price is on the pricing page, and you can sign up and set it up yourself, without a sales call.
How do I get started?
Sign up, and your garage, your account and your trial are created in one step. A short setup asks for your tax rate and hourly rate, and you start with seven ready-made inspection templates. Customers and vehicles are added as they come in; there is no bulk import from another system yet.
Which countries is GarageFlow available in?
Garages in the EU, Iceland and the United States can sign up, each working in its own currency. GarageFlow is not available to garages in the UK at the moment.
Do customers need an app to approve work?
No. The estimate goes out as one link that opens in any browser. The customer ticks the work they want and approves it, and the approval is stored on the job with the date and how it was given.
