Yes. Set a minimum quantity per part and GarageFlow shows low-stock badges, plus a one-click filter that lists everything at or below its threshold.

Can I see why a stock count changed?

Yes. Every adjustment and every use on an order is recorded in the part’s transaction history. The count always has a story you can read.

Can mechanics use inventory?

Yes, deliberately. Mechanics can look up parts and adjust stock without seeing customer or financial data, so the person holding the part updates the count.

Does GarageFlow do purchase orders?

Not today. Inventory covers the catalogue, stock levels, adjustments with history, and suppliers. Purchasing workflows are not part of the current product.
