Yes. Tires have their own tab in Inventory, listed by size with season, load index and speed rating, what is on hand, reserved and available, and a minimum that flags low stock.
No. Describe it on the order with its brand, model, size and spec instead. Tick Also add to inventory and it is saved as a stocked tire for next time.
Whoever fits the tires, on the tire line, one box per tire. The codes stay editable after the invoice goes out, because the forgotten one is exactly the one a recall needs.
Yes. Turn on Tire identification numbers in your order checklist and mark it required, and an order with a tire still missing its code stops to ask before it is invoiced.
Open the Tire Identification Numbers report, pick the period and search the code. Each row has the customer's current name and address and the invoice the tire was sold on, and the list exports to CSV.
Not today. They are kept on the order and in the report, and stay off the customer's documents.
Yes. Run-flat, studded and the 3PMSF snowflake mark are flags on the tire, shown as short badges in the tire list.
